Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.
You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. Same Day Delivery is available in select areas and ZIP codes Sunday–Saturday, excluding holidays. Same Day Delivery orders must be placed before 3 p.m. local time; orders placed after 3 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing Irvinekart.com to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us within 60 days of your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Purchases of product through Irvinekart.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address.
To Change Shipping Information for Future Orders:

Go to the Profile section and select Shipping Addresses
You can change your shipping options as long as your order has not begun our shipping process. This is usually within thirty minutes of placing the order.
Check your order status or call us at 1-302-408-0457 within thirty minutes of placing your order if you'd like to:
Change your shipping method (Standard, Two Day, One Day or Same Day)
Change your order from shipping to store pickup
Change the shipping address
Change store pickup location
Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?
If you order two or more different items, you can choose separate shipping addresses and shipping methods (Standard, Two Day, One Day or Same Day) for each. During checkout, specify the shipping address and method for each item.
If you want to ship multiple quantities of the same item to separate shipping addresses, you'll need to place separate orders.
Orders $35 and up* ship right to your door for free. On qualifying items, free shipping will be noted on the product page and in your Cart, along with an estimated date of arrival.
Do you need more information on how and when your items will be delivered? Here’s more information about how delivery works:
Some items require scheduled delivery due to their size and weight. These items include major appliances, TVs 51" class or larger, and furniture. Confirm in advance that an adult, age 18 or over (19 or over in AL or NE, 21 in Puerto Rico), with a valid government issued photo ID is available during the duration of the appointment.
We offer 4-hour appointment windows between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Includes delivering your product to the room of your choice. Appliances will be unboxed and the packaging will be disposed of. TVs will not be removed from the shipping box.
Note: Special order deliveries and fitness equipment will not be delivered beyond the entryway of the home or garage. Some items in your order may be shipped separately.
Special Order Delivery
Special order items are part of our expanded online selection and are not available in Global Essentials Inc(DBA-Irvine Infotrade) stores. If your product qualifies for special order delivery, it will be called out within Cart as you are purchasing your product online.
An agent will call you in 2–7 business days to schedule your delivery. Please make sure the phone number you provide during checkout is correct so we can properly schedule your delivery date.
Delivery timelines may be longer than for non-special order products.
Item will be delivered into the entryway of the home or garage only.
Delivery with Installation
If you select Delivery with Installation during checkout, we will connect your new purchase and have it ready to use when we leave.
Installation is not available for all products and may require additional fees along with the purchase of specific accessories or parts needed to make these connections. See our Appliance Delivery and Installation page for more information or call us at 1-302-408-0457.
Haul-Away and Recycling
We'll haul away your old item for $14.99 when a replacement product is delivered by Geek Squad® or Global Essentials Inc(DBA-Irvine Infotrade) Home Delivery. Then we'll make sure it's properly and safely recycled.
Items are responsibly recycled by our licensed, third-party recycling partners.
Our recycling partners ensure that the various commodities are sent to locations where they will be recycled and repurposed into new products.
Not all products can be recycled, see our Recycling page for exclusions.
If we are not installing your new product you will need to have it disconnected and removed from the opening prior to our arrival.
Fitness equipment can only be delivered to the threshold of your residence. Unpacking and setup are not included.

Sorry, but we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What is Same-Day Delivery?
Global Essentials Inc(DBA-Irvine Infotrade) is offering Same-Day delivery in select areas and ZIP codes. If the Same-Day delivery option is available in checkout, you can choose it for delivery by 9 p.m. the same day when you order online. This service is available for both residential and business customers. Same-Day orders can only be placed online at Irvinekart.com.
Holiday delivery times may vary.
How do I place an order for Same-Day delivery?
Same-Day orders can only be placed online at Irvinekart.com. If the products are eligible and you are ordering by the cutoff time, simply select Same-Day delivery as your level of service during checkout. For eligible products, please note that the Get It By date is set for today.
Who will be delivering my Same-Day order?
We offer Same-Day delivery through our partnership with crowd-sourcing providers in select areas across the U.S.
If you are available, the driver will ask for a signature for an order on their mobile device.
What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?
If our delivery partner attempts delivery but you are not available and they cannot find a safe place to leave your order, they may try to contact you at the phone number you provided during checkout. Packages to commercial addresses must be handed to an individual. If we are unable to complete delivery, the product will be returned to the store and you will be refunded the same day or next morning.
If a signature is required for your order and delivery is not able to be completed, your order will be returned to the store and you will be refunded the same day or next morning.
Why are some products not available for Same-Day Delivery?
Most products that are in stock at the store will be available for Same-Day Delivery. Some dimension and weight restrictions apply.
What if I don't receive my delivery?
Check tracking link to see order status. If product is showing delivered, check around your home to make sure the driver didn't leave the product in a hidden location. If you are still unable to find your product, call 1-302-408-0457 for help. Please have your order number ready for faster service.
If the driver was unable to deliver your product, the tracking link will show Returned Back to Sender. The product will be returned back to the store and you will be refunded same day or next morning.
